Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or related courses.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience as an HR practitioner, 3-5 years of which is in managerial capacity.
- Expertise in HR Operations, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits are preferred.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
