HR Manager


    • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or any related course.
    • With at least 10 years of experience as an HR practitioner, 3-5 years of which is in a managerial capacity.
    • Extensive and intensive exposure in all facets of HR – Compensation & Benefits Administration, Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Labor Relations and HR Administration.
    • Experience working in the Infrastructure/Engineering or Real Estate/Property/ industry is preferred.
    • Able to work well with all levels in the company in order to execute HR programs effectively.
