Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business related course.
- Must have at least 4 – 5 years of work experience as HR Supervisor and/or Manager.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Has an up to date understanding of industry awards, current pay rates and industry trends surrounding non-monetary benefits.
- Knowledgeable with Philippine Labor Laws and experience with DOLE mediation and arbitration.
- Knowledgeable with SSS, HDMF/Pag-ibig, Philhealth and BIR policies related to employer and employee matters.
- Proficient in MS Office (Office, Excel & Powerpoint).
- Knowledgeable with Google Suite, Google Drive, Viber, WhatsApp and other related apps.
- Must be willing to work full time onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
