HR Managers

    Responsibilities:

    • Primarily responsible for the overall management of the functions of the Human Resources Department in the company.
    • Provides direction, planning, leadership, and administration of HR tasks with emphasis on Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee/Labor Relations, Communications, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Policy Making, and Administrative Services.
    • Supervises the planning and implementation of projects in the department.
    • Requires for commendable internal and external customer relations management and superior people management skills.
    • Directly in charge of internal customers and internal marketing of company initiatives, programs, and activities.
    • Looks after the health, safety, security and environment of the employees of the company.

     

    Qualifications:

    • BS in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
    • Currently will work as a one man/woman team for now, but may request additional staff when needed.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR strategies with business set up and objectives.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
