Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for the overall management of the functions of the Human Resources Department in the company.
- Provides direction, planning, leadership, and administration of HR tasks with emphasis on Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee/Labor Relations, Communications, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Policy Making, and Administrative Services.
- Supervises the planning and implementation of projects in the department.
- Requires for commendable internal and external customer relations management and superior people management skills.
- Directly in charge of internal customers and internal marketing of company initiatives, programs, and activities.
- Looks after the health, safety, security and environment of the employees of the company.
Qualifications:
- BS in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Currently will work as a one man/woman team for now, but may request additional staff when needed.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR strategies with business set up and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
