Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or other related field.
- Must have 2–3 years of experience in HR, with focus on employee relations, labor relations, or compliance.
- Prior exposure to DOLE inspections, audits, and reporting requirements is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and collective bargaining (if applicable).
- Has conflict resolution and mediation abilities to maintain positive employee relations.
- Good analytical and documentation skills for preparing compliance reports, contracts, and case files.
- Must have confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive employee information.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
- Familiarity with mandatory labor standards (e.g., minimum wage, overtime pay, holiday pay, occupational safety and health).
- Experience in handling labor cases, disciplinary procedures, and grievance mechanisms.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
- Must be willing to work full time onsite in San Juan City.
