HR/Recruiting Specialist


    • Recruiting, interviewing, and screening of candidates.
    • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
    • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
    • Performing reference and background checks.
    • Collect data on cost per hire and time to hire.
    • Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
    • Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
    • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
    • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
    • Completing timely reports on employment activity.
    • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
    • Monitoring absences/tardiness/AWOL, and issuing memos for the said offenses.
    • Employee database maintenance and updating.
    • Onboarding – pre-employment/company background and COC presentation.
    • Develop, execute, and track goals for recruiting and hiring process.
    • May need to travel to attend job fairs and visit partner colleges.



    • Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course.
    • With at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
    • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale and source new candidates leads.
    • Must also be able to communicate with potential job seekers.
    • Must have the ability to work with various departments on filling open positions and fostering teamwork.
    • Must also be able to effectively deal with potential candidates.
    • Must be able to review candidates’ applications and decide whether or not they meet the qualifications to be considered for positions.
    • Able to deal responsibly with confidential information.
    • Must be willing to work onsite in San Juan City.
