Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have 4-5 years of experience in an end-to-end recruitment process or talent acquisition.
- Has the ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
- Strong adherence to ethical standards in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple job postings and applicant pipelines.
- Able to effectively screen resumes and assess candidate fit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Willing to work in San Juan.
