Job Summary:
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of technology resources critical to our mission. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will be crucial in supporting our efforts to impact society positively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Experience as an IT System Administrator for at least 2 years, work in the non-profit or NGO sector is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience on the following:
- Cloud Computing/AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- NetSuite [Preferred]
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Virtual Machine
- IT Security [Preferred]
- Network Distribution System
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, LAN/WAN technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers, as well as cloud-based platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong commitment to data security and protection of sensitive information.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
