Job Summary:
The Associate is primarily responsible for the review, drafting and negotiation of client-facing commercial contracts in accordance with applicable policies and strategies of the clients.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Bar Passer.
- Must have 5 years minimum experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiation of contracts.
- Able to provide legal support for global, regional, and local bid pursuits (ie. bid, NDA reviews, contract review.).
- Ensures business teams follows the global risk profile for all transactions.
- Temporary work from home but must be willing to work onsite in Makati when required.
