Responsibilities:
- Drafts and creates the marketing and campaign plans per event
- Media Relations – Coordinating and maintaining the relationship with the media
- Sealing media partnerships and negotiations
- Handles and accompanies the media’s needs during event proper
- Build relationships with different media through event partnerships
- Promotes the WSI trade shows through different media like print, radio, tv, social media, blogs, OOH ads etc.
- Media buying and negotiation
- Providing access and passes to the media who will attend the event
- Creates, sends and follows up ad schedules in different newspaper broadsheets nationwide
- Writes PR briefs and Press Releases
- Sends Press Releases to different newspaper broadsheets and online media partners nationwide
- Print filing and digital filing of the ads and PR released in different media per event
- Coordinates with the different production team/s assigned for the opening program of each event
- Creates generic company letters and other necessary paperwork
- Does and creates content email and text blasts to visitors regarding updates about the upcoming trade shows
- Creates e-Newsletters ready for blasting
- Coordinates with the different WSI executives and employees for their Marketing team needs during pre-event, ingress, event proper, egress and post-event
- Does the visitor survey form
- Creates and gathers content for the trade show’s post event reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate of any related course.
- Must have at least 3-5 years related experience.
- Preferably with experience from the events management industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Greenhills, San Juan City from Monday to Saturday.
