Responsibilities:
Marketing & Visual Merchandising New Product Launch
- Generate creative launch activities that adhere to the brand image & objective
- Plan, maintain & execute calendar plan, promotional plan & visual merchandising communications
- Propose and set up in stores and out store events
- Drive retailer and partners in collaborations & promotions
- Devise digital plan according to the strategic direction of brand building
- Set up process & execute content calendar per digital strategy
- Work with agency on the media buy & content building
- Coordinate with HQ on pricing strategies for the country
- Optimize brand awareness through product launches and branding campaigns through an appropriate evolving PR strategy
Media & Communications
- Optimize brand awareness through current online social media platforms and new platforms, such as YouTube, Weibo, Redbook, WeChat, etc.
- Execution and maintenance of FB plan
- Set up press process & activity calendar to execute the PR strategy with measurable KPI
- Coordinate press samples/write press releases per press calendar
- Maintain relations with press with key bloggers/editors/KOL for collaborations & pitches
Digital and CRM
- Optimize CRM to build awareness, engagement and traffic to stores with creative activities & promotions
- Integrate & execute CRM calendar per strategy with measurable KPI’s
- Create / coordinate content and copy for EDM, SMS, MMS or DM
- Coordinate with agency on data management (both HK and website databases)
General
- Maintain & update marketing budget sheet
- Support in product assortment / development work
Qualifications:
- College degree holder in Marketing or related courses.
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in Marketing in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in multinational companies are preferred.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and strong problem solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight time schedule.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willing to work full time onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
