Merchant Support

    Qualifications:

    • College graduate of any course.
    • A minimum of 3 full years of experience in e-commerce and marketing.
    • Good knowledge of Payment methods: Merchant account applications; Back offices/Merchant account configurations; Testing and troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge and experience with tools and techniques in dealing with merchants issues.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, the ability to spot trends and identify unusual patterns.
    • Strong motivation to constantly improve.
    • Customer service experience required.
    • Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and/or as part of a team.
    • Broad knowledge of payment methods for various markets.
    • Knowledge of customer verification process.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction, problem solving and multi-tasking skills required.
