Job Summary:
The Operations Manager serves as the senior executive of the Private Proponent under the MOA with PAGCOR, overseeing all non-gaming, marketing, facilities, and private-side operational responsibilities. This role ensures a 6-star guest experience, strict PAGCOR and AMLA compliance, and the seamless delivery of all property services and commercial performance targets. This position holds full operational authority over private-proponent functions, including Casino Management System oversight, IT infrastructure coordination, marketing execution, facilities management, and staff leadership.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5 to 8 years experience in casino, with exposure to slots, table games environments, or integrated resorts.
- Experience in hospitality operations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of PAGCOR processes, AMLA compliance, and casino regulatory frameworks.
- Experience overseeing CMS systems, operational technologies, or IT infrastructure in a casino or hospitality setting.
- Highly proactive, decisive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in driving player retention, GGR impact, and operational excellence.
