Recruitment Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Recruitment Manager will develop and execute the company’s business strategies to attain the goals and targets of Management.

    Qualifications:

    • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in any related course.
    • Must have at least 8-10-years recruitment experience with at least 5 years managerial experience.
    • Experience in overseas recruitment and mass recruitment is an advantage.
    • Must have client servicing experience.
    • Database management experience is an advantage but not a must.
    • Ideally, familiar with POEA and DOLE rules and regulations.
    • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
    • Self-driven, highly motivated team leader and manager.
    • Superior communication and customer service skills with a high level of professionalism.
    • Must be goal oriented with strong problem-solving, time-management, and decision-making skills.
    • Willing to work full time onsite in Makati City.
