Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager will develop and execute the company’s business strategies to attain the goals and targets of Management.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in any related course.
- Must have at least 8-10-years recruitment experience with at least 5 years managerial experience.
- Experience in overseas recruitment and mass recruitment is an advantage.
- Must have client servicing experience.
- Database management experience is an advantage but not a must.
- Ideally, familiar with POEA and DOLE rules and regulations.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
- Self-driven, highly motivated team leader and manager.
- Superior communication and customer service skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Must be goal oriented with strong problem-solving, time-management, and decision-making skills.
- Willing to work full time onsite in Makati City.
