Procurement Manager (Food and Beverage)

    Job Summary:

    The role is responsible for overseeing sourcing strategies, supplier management, purchasing operations, and procurement compliance. The role ensures the efficient procurement of goods and services while maintaining strong supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and supporting operational requirements. This position also collaborates closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and F&B Kitchen Operations to ensure product quality, cost control, and procurement efficiency.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
    • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry or restaurant operations is required.
    • At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role within procurement or supply chain.
    • At least 3 years of experience as a procurement specialist or similar role.
    • Strong experience in supplier negotiations, procurement operations, and vendor management.
    • Must be willing to work full time onsite in MOA, Pasay City and willing to travel in required.
