Job Summary:
The role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing strategies to measure the effectiveness of the program and its services. Systematically gathers data, performs analyses, and coordinates with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure that targets are achieved and planned activities are conducted, reporting to and in coordination with the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, or project management.
- Experience working in nonprofits, NGOs, government agencies, or international organizations is a plus.
- Familiarity with impact assessment, data collection methodologies, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
