Job Summary:
The position is primarily responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of real estate development projects. He/Seh will collaborate with various teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and financial professionals, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Economics, Management, Accounting, or any related course.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in real estate development, project management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, construction methods, and industry regulations.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Financial acumen to manage project budgets and cost control.
- Able to analyze complex issues, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions.
- Must be willing to work in Makati City.
