Job Summary:
The Project Engineer is accountable to oversee completion of residential projects (Land Development & House Construction), to review and validate progress reports and contractor’s billing. The incumbent’s responsibilities include effective management of the bidding process and providing customers with technical assistance on construction and post-construction related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferably a licensed Civil Engineer).
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the construction of houses in a low-cost to mid-range level real estate company.
- Willing to work onsite in Baliuag, Bulacan and Mexico, Pampanga.
- Open to a project-based employment.
