Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of new projects, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless deployment of hardware and software solutions. You will work closely with business owners, customers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Information, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SPM graduates with a strong passion, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work under pressure.
- Responsible, team player, and fast learner.
- Effective communication, coordination, training, and presentation skills.
- Basic IT knowledge in software, networking, and hardware (e.g., device driver installation, printer setup).
- Knowledge of POS systems, retail, and F&B operational workflows is a plus.
- Understanding of the retail industry and supply chain management is an advantage.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for work.
