Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Mechanical of Electrical Engineer.
- Must have at least 3-5 years experience in property management in condominiums/buildings, which includes the upkeep and maintenance of facilities.
- Should display technical competency in building and grounds maintenance.
- Open to work as a building administrator of other buildings in Makati and Manila.
- Must be abreast with the current building and property regulations.
- Must be willing to work full time onsite in Pasig City.
- Open to candidates who can start in January 2025.
