Recruitment Manager


    • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent.
    • At least 5-8 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.
    • Account management and overseas recruitment experience is highly preferred.
    • Ability to meet high volume recruiting goals and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong sourcing ability using social media, job boards etc.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
    • Willing to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
    • Pleasing personality.
    • MS Office skills and Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Willing to work in Makati City.
