Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Assists the Unit Manager in conceptualizing and developing programs deemed appropriate and as identified by member companies, membership committee and the business sector, in general.
- Plans, implements, and recommends program implementation strategy to ensure accomplishment of program objectives.
- Conducts regular evaluation of project status and prepares the required reports.
- Assists in assessing and evaluating program results and impact.
Corporate Relations and Involvement
- Conducts activities to determine emerging needs and issues by PBS member companies and the business sector, in general.
- Identifies program partners and assess their capability for program implementation.
- Provides appropriate interventions to company initiatives.
- Establishes networks and linkages for program implementation.
- Implements and evaluates institution building plan for assigned member companies.
- Performs other related functions, particularly on membership and corporate involvement, that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- University degree in public/business administration, management organizational/ development studies, economics, community or international development or related field.
- At least 2 years experience combining involvement in local or community development and business experience. Preferably with expertise on the following: Institution Building, Corporate-Community Partnership, Environmental Stewardship, Industrial Relations or Workplace Program management and other related subjects.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; good negotiating/facilitating skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
