Restaurant Managers

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for property-level operations and consistent implementation of all SOPs.
    • Drives revenue performance and supports overall business growth.
    • Oversees facility management and ensures a safe, well-maintained environment.
    • Leads people management initiatives, including staffing, coaching, and team development.

     

    Qualifications:

    • College graduate, preferably in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of proven experience in an upscale casual or premium/upscale restaurant environment.
    • Willing to be assigned to one of the following locations: Pasay, Makati, Alabang, BGC, Ortigas, or Quezon City.
