Responsibilities:
- Responsible for property-level operations and consistent implementation of all SOPs.
- Drives revenue performance and supports overall business growth.
- Oversees facility management and ensures a safe, well-maintained environment.
- Leads people management initiatives, including staffing, coaching, and team development.
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in an upscale casual or premium/upscale restaurant environment.
- Willing to be assigned to one of the following locations: Pasay, Makati, Alabang, BGC, Ortigas, or Quezon City.
