Qualifications:
- Degree holder or training related disciplines.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in retail training (candidates from cosmetics brand are preferred).
- With 5+ years managing experiences in retail frontline will be considered.
- Solid experience in delivery of training programs, training needs assessment and post-training evaluation.
- Hands on experience in delivering coaching to frontline staff.
- Analytical and proactive in review training results.
- Strong passion in training & development and retail industry.
- Strong communication skills, customer service oriented and good team-player.
- Organized, self-motivated, people-orientated, and passionate in the beauty industry.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
