Responsibilities:
- Manage store operation and good relationships with customers and partners.
- Develop brand awareness through social media, pop-up events and/or local communities and response to incoming inquiries.
- Manage purchasing activities with goods negotiation skills and authentication process involved.
- Good customer handling and maintain customer engagement through CRM program.
- Actively develop initiatives to achieve monthly target.
- Analyze local market situation and report to management periodically.
- Manage operational reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of any course.
- Excellent personality with good communication & coordination skills.
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience in the same field.
- Having knowledge and experience in luxury watches is a must.
- Able to work with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Proficiency in English is a must for work coordination with overseas team members.
- Open to work full time onsite in Makati City.
