Sales Manager/Executives (Construction Materials)


    • Responsible for developing and growing sales and market share for the company’s products.
    • Influencing key decision makers such as architects, project owners, general contractors, sub-contractors, and installers to specify, approve, and use SG products and systems in major building projects in the following key construction market sectors – Hotel, Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Education, and Healthcare.
    • Increasing trade channel penetration by growing the dealer and sub-dealer network for SG products; Build a strong brand position to ensure profitable and sustainable business at the trade level by maximizing in-store visibility and brand awareness.



    • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any technical field; preferably Civil Engineering or Architecture.
    • Three (3) years’ experience in the construction industry, preferably with selling experience in interior architectural products.
    • Ability to promote technical products, systems and services to a multi-faceted customer/influencer base.
    • Knowledge of the building industry and how building projects work and how building sites operate.
    • Ability to work independently without close supervision.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Good Interpersonal skills (Good at building interpersonal relationships, uses initiative, demonstrates a positive attitude and is diplomatic, tactful, assertive and enthusiastic.)
    • Good Functional skills: Negotiating, Presenting, Selling, Writing technical correspondence, planning & reporting, Communication, Problem solving, Coordinating, Monitoring and is Accountable.
    • Good command of spoken and written English.
    • Good computer skills (MS office excel, word, power-point) and e mail.
    • Must be willing to do field work and be assigned either in Cebu, Central Luzon, South Luzon, or Metro Manila.
