Sales Officer (Insulation)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts, including contractors, builders, distributors, and project clients.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the insulation and construction market.
    • Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
    • Conduct site visits and product presentations as required.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in selling insulation products.
    • Willing to do fieldwork and report to the head office in Pasig when required.
