Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts, including contractors, builders, distributors, and project clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the insulation and construction market.
- Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct site visits and product presentations as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in selling insulation products.
- Willing to do fieldwork and report to the head office in Pasig when required.
