Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations, including BIR requirements. The role supports financial audits, performs account reconciliations, and assists in key financial processes such as billing and collections. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while working both independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite or other accounting systems is an advantage.
- Preferably with experience in the cold storage or warehousing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Work location is Jaro, Iloilo.
- Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday.
