Senior Brand Associate (Optical/Eyewear)

    Responsibilities:

    • Executes above-the-line and below-the-line marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, increase customer traffic, and maximize top-line sales.
    • Manages engagement in social media and third-party apps through organic posts to publicize products available in stores and paid ads to promote lease lines.
    • Creates e-commerce and in-store promos to drive traffic and increase customer purchases supported by online and offline visuals that adhere to brand standards.
    • Successfully launch season and product collections across all brands; manage the seasonal hindsight process and analyze traffic and sales against marketing initiatives.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing.
    • 2+ years experience in brand management and/or merchandising and inventory management.
    • Advance knowledge in MS Excel.
    • Has strong experience in retail / fashion / eyewear.
    • Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
