Senior Group Head – Business Operations (F&B)

    Job Summary:

    The role is responsible in managing the company’s food and beverage business unit in Central Visayas and NCR and global sites.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
    • At least 10 years in senior management roles; at least 4-year proven performance as GM/Director of Food & Beverage in reputable and upscale food and beverage brands in the country.
    • Experience in pre-opening and business start-up, growth, and expansion project assignments is highly preferred.
    • Experience managing multi-site operations, ideally across regional and international locations.
    • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
    • Strategic leadership and team management skills.
    • Expertise in operational excellence and business optimization.
    • Philippine-based candidates are preferred; expats living in the country will also be considered.
