Job Summary:
The role is responsible in managing the company’s food and beverage business unit in Central Visayas and NCR and global sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years in senior management roles; at least 4-year proven performance as GM/Director of Food & Beverage in reputable and upscale food and beverage brands in the country.
- Experience in pre-opening and business start-up, growth, and expansion project assignments is highly preferred.
- Experience managing multi-site operations, ideally across regional and international locations.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Strategic leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in operational excellence and business optimization.
- Philippine-based candidates are preferred; expats living in the country will also be considered.
