Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Relations, degree in Psychology, Industrial Human Resources Management, or any Social Sciences course. Post graduate units, preferred and/or an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resource development with specialized exposure in Management, Training, Career Organizational Development, and Employee/Labor Relations in a reputable organization.
- Thorough knowledge of Philippines laws, excellent platform skills, curriculum development skills and technical writing.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
