Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project implementation, technical support, or a related role.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of software, networking, and hardware systems.
- In-depth knowledge of POS systems, retail, and F&B operational workflows.
- Experience in the retail industry and supply chain management.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for work.
- This role may require frequent travel to client sites and occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
