Service Operations Manager

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a Related Field
    • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
    • At least 5 years working on an Operations Management function, Client-Facing experience, Agile experience
    • Demonstrated leadership ability in a previous role or experience in managing a team of Service Desk Specialist, IT Helpdesk or IT Support Specialist
    • ITIL Certified/background & experience in Cloud infrastructure would be of great advantage
    • Experience or background in managing Service Desk Team through Managed Services is a plus
    • Background in an IT Solutions company / Managed Service would be of great advantage
    • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in multiple clients in Metro Manila managing existing Data Centers
    • Six Sigma Certification (Green or Yellow belt)
