Social Media Specialist/Customer Response

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform excellence in social media operation especially through good communication and relationships with customers and partners.
    • Manage responds to customers and distributing inquiries to store personnel.
    • Develop brand awareness through social media engagement and generation marketing content.
    • Maintain customer engagement through a CRM program.
    • Actively develop initiatives to achieve monthly target.
    • Analyze local market situation and report to management periodically.
    • Manage operational reports.

    Qualifications:

    • College graduate of any related course.
    • Experience in hotel guest services or front-desk department is a plus.
    • Excellent personality with good communication & coordination skills.
    • Minimum of 1 year working experience in the same field or retail industry.
    • Having knowledge in luxury goods for bags, watches and jewelry industry is a plus.
    • Able to work with word processing and spreadsheet software.
    • Able to work with social media and OTT platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Viber).
    • Proficiency in English is a must for work coordination with overseas team members.
    • Open to work full time onsite in Makati City.
