Store Concierge

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage excellence store operation and good relationships with customers and partners
    • Develop brand awareness through social media, pop-up events and/or local communities
    • Manage purchasing activities with authentication process involved
    • Maintain customer engagement through CRM program
    • Actively develop initiatives to achieve monthly target
    • Analyze local market situation and report to management periodically
    • Manage operational reports

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent personality with good communication & coordination skills
    • Minimum of 1 year working experience in the same field
    • Having knowledge in preloved luxury brands for bags, jewelry, and watches industry
    • Has valid passport and able to travel around the world
    • Able to work with word processing and spreadsheet software
    • English speaking and writing skill is a must
    • Able to speak in Japanese is advantageous but not required
    • Willing to work in Makati City
