Store Managers (Coffee Shop)

    Responsibilities:

    • Assists in delivering a superior, high-quality coffee experience to all guests, ensuring the profitability of the café.
    • Supports café daily operation and ensures consistency from the kitchen, bar, service and crew.
    • Ensures effective Café Operations according to the policies and procedures.
    • Delegates responsibilities to crew, follows up.
    • Promotes the Cafe culture, values, and mission.
    • Ensures guest satisfaction in each shift.
    • Supports sales by properly implementing marketing programs and
    • Coaches crew in suggestive selling techniques.
    • Coaches and develops crew, ensuring high retention.
    • Supports SM in interviewing new candidates as per café needs.
    • 100% Customer care and excellent service at all times.
    • Controls cost of goods and manages labor as well as the quality of all products served and sold in the café.
    • Conducts inventory and manages inventory levels.
    • Monitors and ensures adherence to maintenance of store premises and equipment.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Must be a 4-year degree graduate.
    • Should be willing to work on a shifting schedule (morning, mid and night shifts).
    • Assistant Managers with extensive Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) of at least 2 years work experience.
    • Must be willing to be assigned in Metro Cebu (Mango Avenue & Ebloc Tower).
