Job Summary:
The Technical Assistant will assist the Supervising Manager and Team in the performance of routine administrative functions and other technical matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, Management, Business Admin or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ work experience in a technical and administrative role for construction or similar industries.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of – email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office programs (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and database system.
- Familiarity with project management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Data organization skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Ability to read and understand technical data.
