Training Officer

    Job Summary:

    The Training Officer is responsible for developing and implementing training programs and initiatives for all Coffee store employees to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the company, the industry, and their responsibilities. This, in turn, will translate to effective performance of duties and a quality customer experience.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct training and development programs for all staff regularly
    • Create training materials/manuals to complement training and development program and update them regularly according to the needs of the company and store
    • Regularly conduct performance evaluations and appraisals
    • Regularly track/assess/identify areas for improvement and new ways of providing quality service, achieving company goals and growth for employees, as well as utmost customer satisfaction, and develop strategies and objectives accordingly
    • Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service and engagement
    • Provides consistent support/coaching/mentoring for staff in order to ensure employee motivation and improvement of skills and competencies

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, HRM, or similar
    • Proven knowledge and experience in F & B training management
    • Motivated, passionate, articulate well with excellent and effective leadership skills
    • Strong organizational, administrative, oral and written communication skills
    • Highly initiative with minimal need for supervision
    • Knowledgeable and always up to date in current beverage trends and practices
    • Must be willing to work onsite in San Juan City.
