Responsibilities:
- He/she oversees all operational facets of the department store, ensuring seamless execution across inventory management, sales optimization, and customer service.
- He/she drives supply chain efficiency, manage vendor relationships, and maintain budgetary controls to enhance profitability.
- Leading initiatives in staff training, development, and performance evaluation.
- He/she fosters a customer-centric environment while monitoring key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

- He/she navigates dynamic retail landscapes, implementing innovative solutions to meet evolving market demands and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, marketing, or a related field is typically required. A master’s degree or MBA may be preferred.
- At least 10 years of management experience in retail operations, preferably in a department store or similar retail environment, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a positive work culture, and lead by example.
- In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, including current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store operations.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City and travel nationwide.
