Job Summary:
Warehouse & Production Planning Manager will oversee production planning, inventory, and warehouse optimization across two major plants and three warehouses. The role will lead S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehouse efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring production plans align with customer demand and operational capacity.
The position will also drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects, manage CAPEX and plant improvement projects, and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and external suppliers/contractors. The role is also responsible for supporting HSE, sustainability, operational excellence, and safety standards across the sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Licensed Engineer is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or construction plant operations.
- Strong experience in production planning, inventory planning, and warehouse operations.
- With solid knowledge of S&OP, demand/production planning, inventory optimization, safety stock, FIFO/FEFO, and supply planning.
- Experienced in project management, CAPEX projects, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage operations across multiple plants and warehouses.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements.
- Work location: Carmona or Pasig, whichever is nearer to the candidate.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays only as needed for special cases.
